Trademark attorney from our law firm, Mrs. Beata Wojtkowska, participated in the annual conference concerning trade marks and designs, organized by the ERA (Florence Hartmann-Vareilles) with the support of OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market).
The aim of the conference was to analyze case law in the scope of Community law, with particular emphasis on issues such as: unanimous protection Community trademarks, the advertising function of trademarks and their use on the Internet.
