Education:
Since October 2008 Trademark Attorney`s Trainee
2005: Master’s degree in law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration.

Professional experience:
Practical training: Unilever Polska S.A., European Law Department of the Office of the Committee for European Integration, an attorney-at-law office; Since 2005 in Kulikowska & Kulikowski.

In our firm:
Magda is in charge of matters related to national trademark applications, in particular she monitors the procedure from application to the grant of protection, prepares trademark applications, draws up trademark defences, oppositions, motions and other necessary correspondence with the Polish Patent Office. She is also responsible for Community trademarks and designs, i.e. preparing applications, monitoring registration procedure, filing oppositions and conducting opposition procedure before OHIM including negotiations within the “cooling off” period, preparing applications for declaration of invalidity against CTMs and RCDs, drawing up appeals to OHIM Boards of Appeal. Magda also conducts matters before the common courts.
