Litigations in the fields of pharmaceutical law, intellectual property, and unfair competition before common and administrative courts, prosecution bodies and customs offices, as well as before the Polish Patent Office; legal advice, opinions, drawing up agreements related to protection of intellectual property, competition law and copyrights.

Study on the industrial property law in Poland featured in “Intellectual Property Law in the European Community: A Country-by-Country Review” 2004 and 2007.
