2004 - Entered on the list of European Patent Attorneys and other professional representatives entitled to undertake all procedural steps before the OHIM.
Member of ECTA, the Licensing Executives Society, and the Competition Law Association;

Associate of Kulikowska & Kulikowski since 2003; She delivers lectures on intellectual property at universities and training courses

Litigations in the field of pharmaceutical law, intellectual and industrial property, specifically relating to patent law and copyrights as well unfair competition representing our Clients before common and administrative courts, prosecution bodies and customs offices, as well as before the Polish Patent Office. She also provides legal advice, draws up opinions and agreements relating to protection of intellectual property, competition law and copyrights.
